Sri Lanka is an island country in South Asia, located about 31 kilometres off the southern coast of India. It is home to about 20 million people and is well-known for the production and export of tea, coffee, coconuts, rubber and cinnamon.
Colombo, located on the west coast of the island, is Sri Lanka’s largest city and its commercial capital. It is also Sri Lanka’s most populous city and home to most of the country’s major corporations.
