- Access to this e-service is via ieConnect login with your SingPass. If you are not an existing ieConnect member, you will be pre-registered to ieConnect to facilitate access to the e-service upon successful registration to StatLink, which will be confirmed in email.

You can choose to submit your application online or by fax. If by fax, please print out the completed form and fax to: +65 6337 5253. Your account will be activated upon receipt of the Subscription Fee.
**Corporate users are entitled to a free alternate account.
